Reforge is a premier elearning platform with online courses taught by top tech experts.

Throughout my tenure at Reforge, I created multiple deep-dive programs in highly collaborative pods, crafted marketing design assets, innovated our design system, and conducted thorough user research to evaluate the impact of the work we did.

Design

The heart of Reforge is its seasonal cohorts where new courses are launched. I worked on 3 intensive programs, and designed 2 exclusively. The process of program creation is a highly collaborative one, involving SMEs, Strategy Leads (who distill insights), Content Strategists (who translate insights into plain language), and Visual Designers (who craft visuals to bring insights to life).

Design work at Reforge went further, though. I created performance-driven marketing assets, conducted user research, helped transform our content through a massive rebrand, worked in content innovation sprints, and provided support and feedback to help our team grow.
